Consultation
Every project begins with an on-site consultation. We'll walk your property together, discuss your goals, identify challenges, and explore ideas, budget, and priorities. Afterward, you'll receive a summary of our recommendations and, if appropriate, a proposal for landscape design.
Landscape Design
If your project requires a custom design, we'll develop a plan tailored to your property, lifestyle, and budget. Our collaborative design process includes site documentation, concept review, and a refined final plan that balances beauty with practicality.
Budgeting and Planning
Before construction begins, we develop a realistic plan for bringing your landscape to life. This includes reviewing materials, site conditions, construction methods, scheduling, and budget. If you already have a landscape design, we can also assess its buildability and recommend any necessary adjustments.
Installation
Once the project scope is approved, we prepare a construction agreement and schedule your installation. Throughout construction, we coordinate trades, materials, and day-to-day decisions while keeping you informed with regular project updates.
Project Completion
When construction is complete, we'll walk through the finished landscape with you, provide care instructions, and return after installation to ensure everything is performing as intended and answer any questions.
Ongoing Care
A landscape continues to evolve long after installation. For clients who want continued professional oversight, we offer seasonal maintenance services to help protect the health of the landscape and preserve the original design as it matures.
